Advice Direct Scotland is recruiting In-Person Advocates to support people across Scotland with independent advocacy and help them engage with Social Security Scotland services. You will meet clients face-to-face in community settings or homes, assist with benefit applications, redeterminations and appeals, and ensure their rights are respected throughout the process.
Training and professional development are provided.
