South Gloucestershire Council is seeking a Best Start in Life Family Hub Practice Manager to lead the Family Hub, Children’s Centres and outreach services for families with children aged 0-5 (0-19 or up to 25 for SEND). You will drive quality, safeguarding and collaborative work with partners to deliver coordinated Early Help and family support.
Reporting to the Early Help Strategic Lead, you will manage a team, oversee performance data and develop parent panels to shape local services.
