Early Break in Salford is seeking an enthusiastic Young Persons Substance Use Advocacy Worker to deliver one-to-one case work with young people who may be at risk due to substance use, criminal activity, or other vulnerabilities.
You will assess needs, develop SMART care plans, and deliver structured interventions while liaising with partner agencies. Roles may include evenings/weekends and community-based engagement.
