Our Vacancy We’re looking for a customer-focused and proactive person with strong communication skills and experience in housing or neighbourhood management. You’ll be organised and able to manage your own workload, handling a range of tenancy and estate matters. You'll have a solution-focused approach, you’ll build strong relationships with residents and partners, address anti-social behaviour, and contribute to creating safe, sustainable communities.
Whatyou’ll do
You will manage a patch of properties, delivering a high-quality, responsive housing management service. You’ll support tenants to sustain their tenancies, handle anti-social behaviour cases, and ensure homes are let efficiently. Working closely with residents, colleagues, and external agencies, you’ll play a key role in maintaining safe neighbourhoods, improving local environments, and using customer feedback to drive continuous service improvement.

Please note this is a 6 month secondment. You must have the right to work in the UK; we are unable to provide a visa sponsorship. This is a hybrid role where we expect all staff to come into their base office 2 days a week (everyday during induction which could be up to 3 months).
