Family First in Jersey is seeking a dedicated Family Support Worker to assist Jersey families whose children require off-island medical or mental health treatment. This role is 35 hours per week, Monday–Friday, 9am–4pm, with a salary of £32,760.
You will be a consistent point of contact, providing practical and emotional support, advocacy, funding guidance and service signposting, working with health, social care and education partners while maintaining confidential records and safeguarding
