About the RoleDo you have a passion for working with young people? Supporting young people through their transition to adulthood, promoting independence and helping them achieve positive outcomes. Working collaboratively with families, Children's Services, Mental Health Services, Education, Health, Housing and other partners, you'll play a key role in empowering and safeguarding vulnerable young people in Salford.
