Quarriers is seeking a compassionate Transition Mentor to join the Stopover Service in Glasgow on a full-time basis. You will build trust with young people, provide tailored support, and help them move toward independence within a supportive, safeguarding-focused environment.
You will collaborate with teams and external agencies to plan and review progress, promote wellbeing, and encourage engagement with education, training, employment and community opportunities.
