Why This Role Exists: We're looking for a Full-Stack Software Engineer who will design, build, and scale critical platform features and user-facing applications. Your mission is clear: deliver robust, scalable solutions that power our next-gen core banking ledger while maintaining the velocity and quality our customers expect.

What You'll Do Build Core Platform Features
  • Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and gRPC services that power our banking infrastructure
  • Create responsive, performant web applications using modern frontend frameworks
  • Design and implement microservices architecture with proper service boundaries and communication patterns
  • Build real-time data processing pipelines and event-driven systems
Deliver User-Facing Applications
  • Develop intuitive dashboards and administrative interfaces for financial operations
  • Create secure, compliant customer-facing applications with exceptional UX
  • Implement real-time notifications, websocket connections, and live data updates
  • Build responsive browser-based interfaces that deliver exceptional user experiences
Drive Engineering Excellence & Collaboration
  • Write comprehensive unit, integration, and end-to-end tests
  • Implement monitoring, logging, and observability solutions
  • Optimize application performance, database queries, and API response times
  • Maintain security best practices and compliance with financial regulations
  • Partner with colleagues across engineering to ensure solutions are compliant, observable, and cost-effective
  • Work closely with Product and Design teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
  • Participate in architecture reviews and technical design sessions
  • Champion best practices for code quality, testing, and documentation
  • Leverage AI tools extensively (Claude Code, Git Hub Copilot) to accelerate development and maintain high velocity
  • Apply modern prompting practices and AI-assisted development workflows
Core Requirements What We're Looking For
  • 4+ years of software engineering experience with strong full-stack capabilities
  • Backend proficiency:
    Strong Go experience (primary requirement), with Python or Java as complementary skills; proven track record building scalable APIs
  • Frontend expertise:
    React with modern state management (Redux, MobX, Zustand)
  • Database knowledge:
    Postgre

    SQL, non-relational databases, Redis, with understanding of data modeling and optimization
  • Dev Ops fundamentals:
    Docker/Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines (Git Hub Actions, Git Lab CI)
  • Cloud platforms: AWS, GCP, or Azure experience with serverless and containerized deployments
  • AI-driven development:
    Comfortable with AI coding assistants, prompt engineering, and AI-accelerated workflows
  • Data-driven mindset:
    Comfortable with metrics, monitoring, and performance optimization
  • Excellent collaborator:
    Enthusiastic about code reviews, pair programming, and knowledge sharing
  • Availability:
    Able to commit 40 hours/week with overlap during core hours (UTC to UTC+3)
Bonus Points For
  • Background in regulated financial services; banking ledger experience highly preferred
  • Knowledge of event sourcing, CQRS, or domain-driven design patterns
  • Familiarity with message queuing systems (Kafka, Rabbit
