We are seeking a talented AI Engineer to join our team in the UK, focusing on the development of Generative AI-driven solutions for the Finance Technology domain. The successful candidate will be instrumental in designing, developing, and deploying advanced AI solutions tailored to core financial analytical functions.

• Collaborate within a team to develop Generative AI-powered solutions that address complex financial problems.
• Demonstrate deep hands-on expertise in Python within a financial services environment to build scalable AI applications.
• Design and develop a custom generative AI chatbot capable of handling a wide range of finance-related queries, including liquidity stress testing, balance sheet, collateral management, deposits, and positions.
• Create and enhance an agentic analysis platform capable of multi-step financial analysis, data querying, variance analysis, data quality assessment, and Python/Pandas code generation and execution.
• Develop and refine testing frameworks to evaluate the performance of AI agents in financial analysis tasks.
• Optimise prompt-generation strategies to improve the accuracy and relevance of large language models in financial contexts.
• Build, deploy, and maintain the underlying infrastructure for AI solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and security align with firm standards.
• Integrate AI solutions with existing financial systems and databases to enable real-time insights and accurate data delivery.

• Proven hands-on experience in Python development within the financial services sector.
• Strong understanding of AI, Machine Learning, and Natural Language Processing techniques.
• Experience in building chatbots or conversational AI for financial applications.
• Familiarity with financial systems, data querying, and analysis techniques.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
