Full Stack Engineer

Senior Full Stack Developer | Glasgow | Hybrid - 1 day per week Up to £60k + great benefits and pension

We're working with a well-established, growing organisation in the financial services sector - a purpose-driven business with a loyal customer base and a proprietary digital platform that genuinely differentiates them in their market.

They're growing their engineering team and looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to join a small, close-knit group where your opinion matters, your code ships, and your impact is visible.

This is a hands‑on position - the majority of your time will be spent writing and architecting code, not sitting in meetings. You'll work across a member-facing self‑serve platform and internal tooling, contributing to both greenfield features and ongoing improvement of live systems.

You'll also play a senior role in the team - reviewing code, mentoring junior developers, and helping shape technical direction without it becoming a management role.

• React, React Native, Next.js
• Node.js / Type Script
• Cloud (AWS, Azure or GCP)
• CI/CD and modern Dev Ops practices

• 5+ years of professional full stack development experience
• Someone who takes genuine ownership - from brief to deployment
• Experience mentoring or supporting less experienced developers
• Type Script, mobile app experience, and cloud exposure are all advantageous

• Hybrid working — primarily remote, with occasional in‑office days in Glasgow
