Lead Sharedo Developer (Scotland Central Belt, Hyrbid)

Head Resourcing is pleased to be partnering with one of Scotland’s leading legal firms who are looking for a Lead Sharedo Developer to join their IT team.

This is a key technical role responsible for the development, optimisation, and support of the firm’s Sharedo / Clio Operate platform and wider business solutions. The successful candidate will act as the technical lead for Sharedo development, delivering innovative solutions that improve business processes, efficiency, and user experience.

• Act as the lead technical authority for Sharedo / Clio Operate solutions, including platform configuration, workflows, Smart Plans, integrations, and system enhancements.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions, working closely with stakeholders across the organisation.
• Manage development activity through Azure Dev Ops, including backlog management, sprint planning, user stories, and delivery tracking.
• Provide third-line application support, including troubleshooting, SQL investigation, root cause analysis, and problem management.
• Drive continuous improvement of the platform, identifying opportunities for automation, integration, and AI-enabled enhancements.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to developers, promoting best practice and high-quality delivery.

• Strong hands‑on experience with Sharedo / Clio Operate development and configuration.
• Knowledge of application architecture, integrations, and business process automation.
• Experience using Azure Dev Ops within an Agile delivery environment.
• Strong troubleshooting skills, including SQL investigation and application support.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
