Create Pay is building its Pay Fac/Acquiring platform in the UK and seeks a hands-on Software Engineer to own design, build, and delivery. You will work directly with the CTO, shaping core architecture and making decisive technical calls in a fast-moving fintech environment.
From day one you will define the technical domain, lead end-to-end delivery across distributed systems and data, and help scale the engineering function. Hybrid work with Milton Keynes office optional.
