We are supporting a major enterprise organisation on the appointment of a Senior Data & AI Architecture and Platform Lead to lead the design and delivery of next-generation AI solutions. This is a rare opportunity to shape an AI strategy from the ground up while building intelligent agents, automation frameworks, and scalable AI platforms that will transform how the business operates.

• Design and build AI agents and agentic workflows using modern LLM technologies.
• Develop AI-powered solutions that automate complex business processes and enhance decision making.
• Define AI architecture, standards, governance, and best practice across the organisation.
• Work closely with senior stakeholders to identify high-value AI use cases and deliver measurable business outcomes.
• Lead the integration of AI capabilities into a modern cloud-based data platform.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and establish a roadmap for future innovation.
• Collaborate with engineering, data, and architecture teams to deliver enterprise-scale AI solutions.

• Strong experience designing and delivering AI/ML solutions in enterprise environments.
• Hands-on experience building AI agents, LLM-powered applications, RAG solutions, copilots, or autonomous workflows.
• Experience with Azure AI, OpenAI, Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, or similar cloud AI platforms.
• Strong software engineering and architecture background.
• Ability to engage and influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Passion for emerging AI technologies and their practical business application.
• Desirable Experience Agent orchestration frameworks such as Lang Graph, Semantic Kernel, CrewAI, Auto Gen or similar.
• Experience implementing governance, security, and responsible AI practices.
• Background in enterprise architecture, data platforms, or large-scale transformation programmes.
