Overview

South Lanarkshire Leisure and Culture are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join the team at Carluke Leisure Centre as a Senior Recreation Assistant (Wetside).

Location:

Carluke Leisure Centre, 135 Carnwath Road, Carluke

37 hours per week (2 week rota)

Salary Band: £28,609 - £28,956

Week 1:
Monday, Tuesday, Friday 8am - 2pm, Wednesday 8am - 4pm, Saturday 8am - 12:30pm, Sunday 8am - 7:30pm
Week 2:
Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 2pm - 10:30pm, Wednesday 4pm - 10:30pm

Duties will include supervising of pool and dryside activities and assisting the Duty Officer in ensuring a safe environment for the public.

• Applicants must hold a current National Pool Lifeguard Qualification.
• Pool Plant Operators Qualification, First Aid Certificate and NPLQ training assessor are desirable.
