This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Club Manager located in the Greater Glasgow Area. The Club Manager will oversee the daily operations of the fitness club, ensuring smooth functioning and exceptional member experiences. Responsibilities include managing memberships, implementing marketing and sales strategies, leading and motivating a dynamic team, maintaining the club to the highest standards, and ensuring compliance with health and safety protocols.

Building strong relationships with members, promoting the Anytime Fitness ethos, and driving member engagement will also be key aspects of the role.

• Demonstrated skills in leadership, team management, and staff motivation
• Experience in customer service, relationship building, and member engagement
• Knowledge of sales strategies, marketing efforts, and membership growth techniques
• Organizational skills to ensure smooth daily club operations and high standards of cleanliness and safety
• Passion for health, fitness, and improving community well‑being
• Experience in the fitness or health industry is advantageous but not mandatory
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills
• IT literacy and familiarity with club management software or systems
