Van Driver – Glasgow, North Lanarkshire People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Van Driver to join our well-established client based in Glasgow . This is a fantastic opportunity offering excellent hourly rates, consistent early shifts, and the potential for a temporary-to-permanent position within a respected logistics business. Shifts
• Monday to Saturday
• Start times between 02:00 – 04:30 Rates of Pay • £12.86 – £16.78 per hour Benefits
• Guaranteed ongoing work – weekly rota provided in advance
• Opportunity for permanent employment for the right candidate
• Minimum of five hours paid per shift
• Weekly pay (PAYE – holidays accrued separately)
• Immediate starts available

• On-site canteen and vending facilities
• Paid training and induction provided Day-to-Day Duties
• Assisting with loading and unloading goods at the start and end of each shift
• Delivering stock from the warehouse to retail stores
• Driving safely and efficiently to meet delivery schedules
• Completing pre- and post-shift vehicle checks
• Reporting any vehicle defects or maintenance issues promptly
• Providing excellent customer service at all delivery points
• Working any four nights from seven – rota issued in advance Essential Skills
• Valid UK Category B (Van) Driving Licence held for a minimum of two years
• Aged 21 or over (for insurance purposes)
• No more than six penalty points for minor offences (no IN, DR, DD or CD convictions)
• Reliable, punctual and customer-focused
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Desirable Experience
• Previous commercial or multi-drop driving experience Training Provided
• Paid site induction following successful theory and driving assessment
