Brook Street are delighted to be supporting a well-established and growing logistics and freight forwarding business in the Selby area in their search for a European Operations Co-ordinator. The role Full time permanent position Monday to Friday

Hours:

08:00- 17:30 Salary on offer: £30,000- £35,000 DOE

The business has evolved significantly over recent years, expanding its international freight forwarding operations across air, road, and sea, and now supports a diverse client base across the UK.

You'll be joining a close-knit and collaborative team, working from modern office facilities, with clear opportunities to develop your career within a growing organisation.

Key Responsibilities Building and maintaining strong relationships with European road freight clients Liaising with suppliers to ensure cost-effective and reliable service delivery Preparing and issuing freight quotations for import and export shipments Managing operational documentation including job files and booking confirmations Handling customs documentation in line with post-Brexit requirements Monitoring shipments from booking through to final delivery Completing invoicing and closing job files accurately About You To be successful in this role, you will have: A minimum of 3 years' experience within European road freight forwarding A solid understanding of post-Brexit customs procedures Strong communication skills with the ability to build lasting relationships Proven experience in supplier and customer management Good commercial awareness with negotiation skills Strong numerical ability and experience producing freight quotes Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general IT systems If you are interested in this opportunity and meet the requirements above, apply today through Brook Street Recruitment Agency, send across your CV or call .
