Drivers Mate - Darnley

We are currently recruiting Drivers Mates to join our team supporting a well-known DIY retailer based in Darnley.

This is a physically demanding role, ideal for reliable and hardworking individuals who enjoy working as part of a team.

• Assisting drivers with the loading and unloading of vehicles.
• Delivering goods to customers safely and efficiently.
• Heavy lifting is required, so applicants must be comfortable with manual handling.
• Providing excellent customer service during deliveries.

• Day shifts available throughout the week and weekends.
• Saturday and Sunday work is required.
• Start times vary between 7:00am and 9:00am.

• Monday to Friday: £12.71 per hour
• Saturday: £19.07 per hour
• Sunday: £25.42 per hour

• Temporary position with the opportunity for ongoing work for the right candidates.

• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Comfortable carrying out heavy lifting and manual handling duties.
• Own transport is preferred due to the location, or applicants must live locally to the Darnley area.
• Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial but not essential.
