Sell- Regional Supervisor

Position: Sell-Employed Regional Supervisor
Were looking for a Self-Employed Regional Supervisor to join our growing ATA North team, supporting our delivery operations across the Glasgow area, including Eurocentral, Tannochside and Cumbernauld . This is a hands-on role where youll work closely with drivers, clients and warehouse teams to keep everything running smoothly. Rate: £110 per day  future incentives for growth Vehicle:
Vehicle supplied with fuel card for operational use What Youll Be Doing Managing daily driver dispatch and rotas Supporting and communicating with drivers Monitoring performance and KPIs Overseeing vehicle allocation and compliance Supporting warehouse and client operations Helping drivers with on-road issues when needed Supporting health & safety, compliance and training Keeping the Operations Leader updated on daily activity

What Were Looking For You dont need to have done exactly the same role before, but youll ideally have experience in logistics, transport or delivery operations . Were looking for someone who is:
Organised and reliable Confident communicating with people Good at solving problems Comfortable managing drivers and busy operations Hands-on and happy to get stuck in KPI and performance focused A full UK driving licence holder Comfortable working on a self-employed basis Why Join ATA North?
