The Role Reporting into the Warehouse Operations Manager, you'll be responsible for managing warehouse activities during your shift, ensuring operational efficiency, maintaining high standards of health and safety, and leading a motivated team to deliver excellent results. Leading, coaching and developing warehouse colleagues Managing daily warehouse operations to meet productivity and service targets Driving a strong health and safety culture Monitoring KPIs and implementing continuous improvements Ensuring stock accuracy and effective inventory management Working closely with transport, planning and wider operations teams to ensure smooth customer deliveries Managing employee performance, engagement and attendance As part of a busy distribution operation, this role will involve shift work , so flexibility is essential.

About You Previous experience in a Warehouse Shift Manager, Warehouse Supervisor or Operations Team Manager role
