Co-op is seeking a Warehouse Team Manager for the back shift at our Birtley depot in Chester-le-Street. The role oversees a sizeable team of warehouse operatives, ensuring safe picking and packing and coaching performance to meet targets.
You’ll lead initiatives on health and safety, drive standards, analyze performance data and collaborate with internal partners. 39 hours, Mon-Sun on a 2pm–10pm shift, permanent.
