Shifts Available-

• 5 out of 7 days- 07:00-16:00 (Shift to be confirmed on first shift)
• 5 out of 7 days- 13:00-22:00 (Shift to be confirmed on first shift)

Our client is looking for an experienced Warehouse Team Leader to join their busy delivery station in Bellshill. Working within a fast-paced picking and packing distribution centre you will support the day-to-day operation ensuring productivity accuracy and high standards across the warehouse.
This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on team leader with proven experience leading teams within a warehouse logistics or fulfilment environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a team of warehouse operatives.
• Ensure picking packing and dispatch targets are achieved.
• Monitor team performance productivity and accuracy.
• Motivate coach and support team members to achieve operational goals.
• Promote a safe working environment and ensure Health & Safety procedures are followed.
• Resolve day-to-day operational issues and escalate where required.
• Maintain excellent housekeeping standards across the warehouse.

What Were Looking For

• Essential: Previous team management experience within a warehouse distribution fulfilment or logistics environment.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced target-driven operation.
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
• A proactive and flexible approach to work.

Please note that this is a full time temp-perm role (after 12 successful weeks). You must be able to work 40 hours per week and be willing to commit to a long term permanent role.
