** Job Overview
** The Community Alignment Specialist strengthens community impact by coordinating partnerships across civic, community, health, and human-service sectors while supporting engagement in programs and services for pregnant individuals, young children, and their families. The position also upholds program fidelity through required trainings and meetings, contributes to reciprocal referral networks and advisory boards, and performs additional duties as needed.

As an integrated health organization Acenda values the use of evidence-based practice or EBP's.
** Program Info
** Works in tandem with Connecting NJ, but is part of the broader Family Connects NJ initiative, which aims to improve maternal and infant health outcomes in New Jersey. It emphasizes community alignment and collaboration among various stakeholders to ensure families have access to the resources they need to thrive.

* Key Responsibilities:

*** Responsible for coordinating partnerships with civic, community, health, and human services partners
* Responsible to support in engaging programs, services, and supports designed to meet the needs of pregnant people, children birth to five, and their families for the purposes of establishing reciprocal referral networks and generating representation on the Community Advisory Board(s).
* Attend all required and suggested training for the Family Connects International model for Universal Home Visiting Program to maintain program fidelity.
* Attend all required meetings and trainings deemed necessary by the Department of Children & Families (DCF).
* Performs other related duties as assigned.
** Requirements:
*** Bachelor's Degree with additional related experience required, Master's degree in a related field preferred (e.g., public health, psychology, social work, nursing, communications, marketing)
* A minimum of 5 years of experience in a related field is desired or relevant experience may be accepted at the discretion of agency
* Must have and maintain a valid driver's license, use of an insured vehicle, and an acceptable driving record.
** Additional Information
*** Hourly rate: $21.63-$22.60
* Sign-on Bonus: $500

* Schedule:

Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm, evenings/weekend availability as needed
* Bilingual-Spanish differential:
An additional $1.50/hourly added to base rate if Spanish proficient
