Homes located in Camden, Burlington, Gloucester Counties.

$65,000–$70,000

• Help guide children we serve to their fullest potential while in the comfort of their homes
• Conduct child and family therapy sessions face to face
• Support the development and implementation of service plans
• Compose treatment plans and encourage engagement in various therapies
• Organize and lead treatment meetings through active participation
• Build and maintain positive relationships with personnel from referring/collateral agencies
• Integrate whole‑person care through a strength‑based lens

• Master’s Degree in a human services field required
• Licensed – New Jersey issued LSW, LCSW, LAC, or LPC required
• Valid driver’s license in good standing
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with an ability to establish trust and rapport
• Active listening skills with a focus on empathy and guidance
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• A reliable, responsible, solution‑focused attitude and a compassionate approach to whole health care
• A commitment to quality in everything you do
