Adheres to departmental procedures, complies with life safety, fire and hazardous waste, Radiation Safety, and Infection Control requirements. Maintains licensure, stays current, and participates in departmental training offered. Performs procedures (Portables, ER, Trauma, Fluoro OR and General) as needed. Demonstrates courteous behavior, positive attitude, and effective communication with co-workers and guests. Understands and appreciates the need to provide good customer service, both internal and external.

Maintains work area: reports maintenance issues for equipment, monitors supplies and deficiencies, and maintains department-specific paperwork. Participates in clinical activities (e.g., assists with patient flow/care, helps optimize throughput of patients via Radiology Ambassador team). Remains compliant with timekeeping rules: avoids early, late and unauthorized entries. Attends greater than 80% of staff meetings to stay informed and support initiatives.
