Role DescriptionWe are seeking a full‑time Realtor Sales & Rentals Associate to join our team. In this hybrid role based in Glassboro, NJ, you will have the flexibility to conduct some of your activities remotely, while participating in on‑site client engagement and property management tasks. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting real estate properties, conducting market analysis, coordinating property viewings, negotiating contracts, and providing excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
You will also collaborate with team members to meet sales targets and develop comprehensive real estate solutions.
- Strong knowledge and experience in Real Estate, Rentals, Sales, Property Management, and General Contracting
- Proficient in Customer Service and skilled in listening to and addressing client needs
- Proven ability to negotiate effectively and secure favorable terms
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Self‑motivated with strong time management skills
- Understanding of market trends and local real estate regulations
- Proficiency in property management software is a plus
