This is a part-time on-site role for a Chef at Ye Olde Centerton Inn, located in Glassboro, NJ. The Chef will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes using fresh ingredients, following established recipes and presentation standards. Responsibilities include menu planning, preparation, cooking, plating, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen. The role requires collaboration with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations and consistency in delivering an exceptional dining experience for guests.

• Ability to open/close kitchen independently

• Previous experience in fine dining establishments is a plus
• A culinary degree or equivalent experience in the food service industry is preferred
