$15.50/hr - $17.50/hr

• Model and deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Register sales on assigned cash registers, providing courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service.
• Engage customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services; resolve customer issues and answer questions to ensure a positive experience.
• Model and share customer service best practices with all team members.
• Provide customers with courteous, friendly, fast, and efficient service.
• Recommend items for sale, trade‐ups, and companion items.
• Process voids, returns, rain checks, refunds, and exchanges as needed.
• Maintain counters, shelves, displays, and inventory; perform stock rotation and restocks.
• Ensure compliance with state and local laws regarding regulated products.
• Maintain store systems and equipment knowledge; contribute to photo area, digital passport services, and customer picks for online orders.
• Assist with exterior and interior store maintenance; ensure a clean, neat, and orderly store condition.
• Comply with company policies; maintain respectful relationships with coworkers.
• Complete special assignments and other tasks as assigned.

• Attend training and complete PPLs requested by Manager or assigned by corporate.

• Fluent reading, writing, and speaking in English (except in Puerto Rico).
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.

• Six months of experience in a retail environment.
• Prior work experience with Walgreens.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico).
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
