Senior Business Operations Assistant; Hybrid

Senior Business Operations Assistant (Hybrid) needed in Glastonbury, £13.05ph PAYE, Reference:OR19790

2 days remote, 3 days in the office

• Monitoring mailboxes for both services and signposting, responding to or actioning requests.
• Answering calls into the Duty phone to take messages; signpost callers; arrange a volunteer to support a young person in custody.
• Arranging venues and volunteers for panels.
• Providing admin support to interview processes.
• Monitoring and updating spreadsheets.
• Uploading documents and information onto children’s electronic records.
• Organising and taking notes for various meetings.
• Providing basic ICT and systems support to practitioners.
• Collating information for managers and quality assurance

This is a full time role on a temporary contract basis.
