Site Manager

As Site Manager, you will take responsibility for the final phases of the project, ensuring the build progresses smoothly through to completion and handover.

You will be overseeing finishing works, coordinating subcontractors, managing quality control, and ensuring the highest standards are maintained during the closing stages of the build.

Given the nature of the project, strong organisational skills and attention to detail are essential to ensure a smooth transition into completion.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage day-to-day site operations during the finishing stages of the project

* Coordinate internal trades and subcontractors

* Oversee snagging, quality checks and final inspections

* Ensure works are delivered safely and in line with programme

* Maintain strong communication with the wider project team and client representatives

* Ensure all health & safety procedures are followed on site

* Assist with project close-out and handover documentation

Requirements

* Proven experience as a Site Manager working for a main contractor

* Experience managing projects through final stages and handover

* Strong organisational and communication skills

* SMSTS – Essential

* CSCS Card – Essential

* First Aid at Work – Essential
