Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 (OTE £56k) + Days Based + Mon‑Fri + Overtime + Enhanced Pay + Door to Door + Van + Fuel Card + Specialist Training + Progression

Lead a field‑based water engineering team at a leading specialist in water treatment systems, cable percussion drilling, rotary drilling, water boreholes and geothermal boreholes.

• Organise job setups and coordinate engineer schedules.
• Manage daily workloads and oversee projects from start to finish.
• Maintain open communication with colleagues across the business.
• Implement quality control measures and engage with clients to ensure satisfaction.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to elevate service standards in water engineering.
• Install, service and maintain water treatment systems including filters, softeners, UV units, pumps and chemical dosing equipment.
• Work Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, following a regional patch schedule with a van and tools provided and occasional visits to the office.

• Experience with water systems, valves, pumps or similar.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Desire to step up into a management role.
