The Client Experience Coordinator – Tax Administrator role is a full‑time, salaried position with a competitive benefits package and performance‑based bonus potential. This position plays an important role in setting the tone for our work with wealth management and tax clients, ensuring outstanding service while providing key administrative support to our tax practice.
What You’ll DoYou’ll deliver a best‑in‑class experience for both wealth management and tax clients, while supporting daily office operations and tax administration processes. Your work will span three key areas:
Client Experience- Manage phone lines, greet visitors, and maintain a professional office environment.
- Coordinate client recognition milestones and assist with outreach and mailings.
- Schedule and support client appointments.
- Manage office supplies, files, mail, postage, and vendor relationships.
- Assist the Client Services Manager with transaction‑related requests.
- Schedule tax client appointments and prepare necessary documents.
- Organize and send vouchers, manage billing, and support clients with their tax vaults.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
- 2+ years of client service or administrative experience preferred.
- Financial services or tax industry experience a plus.
- Professional, resourceful, and proactive attitude.
- Superior phone and client interaction skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multi‑task.
- Desire to serve as an ambassador for the firm in the community.
