WhatYou’ll Do
- Forge new partnerships:
Build and nurture strong, lasting relationships with key referral sources, from clinicians and social workers to financial planners and attorneys. - Be a brand ambassador:
Actively represent The Key at community events, networking groups, and professional meetings, raising awareness of our compassionate, high‑quality care. - Drive growth:
Proactively respond to new client inquiries, conduct assessments, and guide families through the process of getting the care they need. - Ensure satisfaction:
Cultivate long‑term relationships with existing referral partners and clients, ensuring their needs are met and building a pipeline of ongoing business. - Collaborate for success:
Work closely with our internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and exceptional client satisfaction.
- A seasoned professional:
You have at least four years of sales experience in healthcare, home care, or a related field. - A people person:
You’re a master of sales and customer service, with the emotional intelligence to connect deeply with others. - A strategic thinker:
You can use data and analytics to make informed decisions and have a working knowledge of platforms like Salesforce, Zoom, and Google products. - A road warrior:
You’re comfortable with up to 80% travel and have a current driver’s license. - A self‑starter:
You’re goal‑oriented, flexible, and adaptable, with a true entrepreneurial spirit and a positive, high‑energy attitude.
Your passion for creating awareness of long‑term care services, combined with your ability to forge strong partnerships, will be the key to your success. Salary starting at $90k + Uncapped Commission
