Construction Superintendent / Field Coordinator
We are seeking an experienced construction professional to oversee the day‑to‑day coordination of trade contractors and subcontractors on active construction projects. This role ensures high‑quality work, adherence to schedule, and strict compliance with safety and quality standards.
Responsibilities- Direct and coordinate daily activities of trade contractors and subcontractors to ensure high‑quality work aligned with the project schedule
- Develop, document, and communicate work plans, including field‑driven changes
- Maintain a strong understanding of contract documents to anticipate and resolve issues before they impact the project
- Verify that all required construction permits are obtained and maintained
- Serve as the primary on‑site safety representative and enforce all safety and quality control policies
- Build and maintain credibility with owners, trade partners, unions, and project stakeholders
- Lead regular contractor and coordination meetings
- Maintain daily reports and project documentation using Procore
- Create, manage, and update the project schedule; implement contingency plans when needed
- Communicate schedule updates and changes to the project team and trade contractors
- Plan, coordinate, and manage jobsite logistics
- Oversee the project quality plan and implement improvements as required

- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification
Contract to Hire position based out of Glastonbury, CT.
Pay And BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $52.00 - $60.00/hr.
