HPM is a small engineering team developing advanced technologies at the intersection of materials science, mechanics, electronics, and microtechnologies
. Our solutions are used in mission‑critical engineering systems where accuracy, reliability, and performance under extreme conditions are essential.

Due to company growth, we are looking for a results‑driven Sales Manager with experience in selling technical products to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build, develop, and maintain long‑term relationships with existing and new customers
  • Sell high‑tech strain gauge sensors and solutions for the aerospace and energy industries
  • Analyze and understand customer technical requirements and propose appropriate solutions
  • Conduct technical presentations, consultations, and negotiations
  • Manage the full sales cycle and customer engagement process
  • Work closely with the engineering team to adapt products to customer needs
  • Willingness to travel across the United States
  • Maintain CRM systems and prepare sales reports

Requirements

  • Technical education (engineering or related fields)
  • Proven experience in sales of technical or engineering products
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to build trust with customers
  • Strong technical literacy and ability to work with high‑tech products
  • Self‑motivated, results‑oriented, and well‑organized

Will definitely be a plus

  • Experience working with customers in aerospace, energy, defense, or mechanical engineering industries
  • Experience collaborating with engineers and working with technical documentation and specifications
  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, Hub Spot, or similar)
