HPM is a small engineering team developing advanced technologies at the intersection of materials science, mechanics, electronics, and microtechnologies

Due to company growth, we are looking for a results‑driven Sales Manager with experience in selling technical products to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, develop, and maintain long‑term relationships with existing and new customers
- Sell high‑tech strain gauge sensors and solutions for the aerospace and energy industries
- Analyze and understand customer technical requirements and propose appropriate solutions
- Conduct technical presentations, consultations, and negotiations
- Manage the full sales cycle and customer engagement process
- Work closely with the engineering team to adapt products to customer needs
- Willingness to travel across the United States
- Maintain CRM systems and prepare sales reports
Requirements
- Technical education (engineering or related fields)
- Proven experience in sales of technical or engineering products
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to build trust with customers
- Strong technical literacy and ability to work with high‑tech products
- Self‑motivated, results‑oriented, and well‑organized
Will definitely be a plus
- Experience working with customers in aerospace, energy, defense, or mechanical engineering industries
- Experience collaborating with engineers and working with technical documentation and specifications
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, Hub Spot, or similar)
