Position SummaryWSP is seeking a Junior Construction Scheduler to join our Project Controls team out of our Glastonbury, CT office. The successful candidate will physically report to a field office in Norwalk, CT. This is a hybrid position.
Job Duties- Review contractor schedules for compliance with contract documents
- Track and verify progress against baseline schedules
- Prepare schedule updates, progress narratives, and graphical reports (Gantt charts, histograms)
- Support “What‑If” and recovery schedule scenarios
- Assist with Time Impact Analyses (TIA) and claims reviews
- Develop planning schedules and resource/cost loading concepts
- Participate in schedule review meetings and collaborate with project teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or equivalent experience
- 0‑1 years of experience in construction scheduling or related field office/inspection work (field experience is a major plus)
- Familiarity with scheduling software (Primavera P6, MS Project)
- Strong Excel skills and ability to prepare clear written reports
- PMP, PSP, or completion of Primavera courses 102/106 is a plus
- Ability to work in the US without sponsorship now or at any point in the future

CompensationExpected Salary (all locations): $73,480 – $90,200 / year
