Project Manager- Wastewater

• Manage project implementation with the assigned project team while ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures
• Develop proposals, scopes of work, and project budgets for client approval
• Supervise and guide technical staff, providing training and support throughout project execution
• Consult on technical challenges and perform independent technical reviews for wastewater projects
• Ensure technical accuracy and compliance of projects through regular communication and review of documentation

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering with 9+ years of related experience, or a master’s degree with 8+ years of experience
• Registered Professional Engineer or ability to obtain registration through reciprocity
• Proven ability to lead effectively and communicate with clients, staff, and contractors
• Strong understanding of state and federal regulatory frameworks related to wastewater engineering
• Valid driver's license is required

• Experience in managing and mentoring junior staff
• Familiarity with project management software and tools
• Previous work experience in the AEC industry
• Knowledge of local and technical regulatory interactions
