• Design, implement, and monitor skill‑acquisition and behavior‑reduction programs
• Oversee implementation of behavior‑analytic programs by RBTs and caregivers
• Conduct assessments (e.g., preference assessment, functional assessment, staff performance assessment)
• Supervise individuals seeking BCBA certification weekly
• Perform other typical BCBA activities

• Master’s degree
• Active BCBA certification (required)
• Initiate state licensure process prior to start date
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance
• Maintain clean background, drug screenings, and driving record
