Own and scale IDEAZ’s sales and marketing engine to deliver predictable net‑new revenue, expand strategic accounts, and build a repeatable, high-performance go‑to‑market motion.
Primary Initial Thrusts- Fully operating sales/marketing system: cadences, dashboards, handoffs, GTM documentation
- Productive revenue team built:
Expanded sales team & Marketing Manager
- Launch inbound/outbound systems, nurture flows, forecasting
- Create tiered target account list and ABM campaigns
- Advance enterprise and direct sales opportunities
- Lead sales resources and Marketing Manager
- Create and maintain outbound, inbound, and forecasting playbooks
- Implement pricing guardrails with Finance
- Partner with Delivery for scopes and handoffs
You are a builder who excels in B2B services, GTM creation, outbound strategy, enterprise deals, and scaling predictable revenue systems. You are driven to help clients solve their most challenging problems.
