Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead high‑impact, complex projects across our aerospace and IT service portfolios. This individual will play a critical role in managing client relationships, overseeing full project life cycles, and ensuring commercial and technical success, including ownership of quoting, contracts, and account performance
. This role demands strong leadership, financial acumen, and the ability to navigate technical and client‑facing challenges in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Leadership & Delivery
    • Lead full‑cycle project management for complex software and services implementations, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and on budget.
    • Manage multi‑disciplinary teams, including subcontractors and client personnel, across multiple locations.
    • Maintain detailed project management plans including schedules, budgets, resource allocations, and performance metrics.
    • Proactively identify, manage, and resolve risks, issues, and changes in scope or schedule.
  • Client Engagement & Account Management
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for client accounts, ensuring consistent communication and delivery of value.
    • Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders to understand business needs, drive solution alignment, and support long‑term account growth.
    • Lead business reviews, track key performance indicators, and maintain a high level of client satisfaction.
    • Identify new opportunities for organic client account growth.
  • Commercial Management
    • Oversee the development of proposals, pricing models, and quotes in response to client requirements.
    • Support contract negotiations in collaboration with internal legal and commercial teams.
    • Ensure contractual obligations are clearly translated into project plans and delivery expectations.
    • Support marketing and sales activities at conferences.
  • Process & Performance
    • Drive continuous improvement through post‑project reviews, feedback loops, and process optimization.
    • Ensure adherence to industry standards, regulatory compliance, and internal quality practices.
    • Contribute to the evolution of PMO best practices, tools, and templates.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (MBA or PMP certification preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years of project management experience
    , with demonstrated success in managing large‑scale IT or aerospace‑related projects.
  • Proven expertise in quoting, SOW creation, and contract oversight
    .
  • Strong grasp of project financials, budget tracking, and cost control.
  • Experience in account
    or customer success roles
    , ideally in a technical consulting environment.
  • Familiarity with aerospace ERP systems, configuration management, or MRO solutions is a plus.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Project, Excel, Power Point, Word, and collaboration tools (e.g., You Track, JIRA, Teams/SharePoint).
  • Experience with Agile, Scrum, and/or hybrid delivery methodologies preferred.
