In-Store Brand Ambassador

A seasonal role to cover the festive period, with potential for further shifts

Jadlam Toys & Models is looking for an enthusiastic, high-energy people person to join our team for the busy festive period. This is the main customer-facing role in the shop, so you need to love chatting to people, bringing products to life and creating a fun, memorable experience for every customer.

• Greeting customers as the first point of contact
• Greeting customers as the first point of contact and setting a friendly, upbeat tone
• Actively engaging with customers on the shop floor throughout your shift
• Demonstrating products, explaining features and helping customers find the right items
• Upselling and suggesting add-ons that will enhance their purchase and experience
• Creating excitement around new, popular or seasonal products
• Assisting and advising customers with enquiries and purchases
• Keeping attentive to support a safe and secure shopping environment
• Representing the business positively and professionally at all times

• A naturally confident communicator with real energy and personality
• Someone who enjoys talking to people and can happily chat to customers of all ages
• Comfortable doing live product demos and starting conversations on the shop floor
• Enjoys creating a buzz in store and turning browsing into a great experience
• Reliable and flexible, ready to support the team during this busy festive period
• Observant and aware, helping the shop run smoothly and safely
