Deliver residential installations that perform reliably—furnaces, central air systems, heat pumps, and air handlers—while keeping job sites tidy and customers fully informed.
What you’ll handle- Equipment change-outs and new installations for heating and cooling
- Ductwork fit-up, thermostat and control integration
- System startup, commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting
- Compliance with code, manufacturer specs, and company standards
- Hands-on HVAC install or replacement experience with strong mechanical troubleshooting
- Residential experience preferred; related HVAC backgrounds considered
- We welcome HVAC installers, installation technicians, service techs with install experience, and sheet-metal mechanics with HVAC exposure
- Light-commercial installation or service/install crossover also translates well
- No need for prior lead or management experience—opportunities to step up as we grow
- $85,000–$100,000 annually, plus overtime opportunities and performance incentives
