AboutThe Role
We are seeking an experienced National Account Manager. The manager will be responsible for driving the profitable sales and shipment of Hamilton Beach products through Kohl’s and Costco. They will have full autonomy to set pricing and promotions for these accounts, develop and manage a new P&L process with CBD & Marketing to ensure profitability, and provide insights, data analytics development and reporting to run the business.
This position is hybrid and will be based out of our Glen Allen, VA office.
- Set and execute the sales strategy for Kohl’s and Costco.
- Daily management of sales activities for all categories and customer activities in the market.
- Responsibility for the annual revenue and margin quotas on assigned categories.
- Present HBB goods in a manner that supports our branding objective.
- Model P&L for profitability and growth.
- Build relationships and grow our Kohl’s and Costco business.
- Lead building key contacts and develop business strategy with Kohl’s and Costco counterparts.
- Demand forecast review and provide leadership to the HBB Forecast analyst to maximize sales potential during everyday and promotional planning.
- Work with HBB replenishment and Kohl’s and Costco replenishment management teams to generate accurate production forecasts.
- Manage and organize the Kohl’s and Costco and budget review process.
- Determine validity, document, and organize customer claims and payment charges.
- Complete all responsibilities as outlined in the annual performance review and/or goal setting.
- Complete all special projects and other duties as assigned.
- Must be able to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Bachelor’s Degree Required.
- 3 or more years of account sales experience (selling or buying).
- Relationship management skills.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Understanding of B&M and eCommerce sales process.
- Experience working with Kohl’s and/or Costco supplier applications preferred.
- Microsoft Suite experience.
- Must be able to perform normal office duties.
