Your Impact:Shaping Dynamic Work spaces

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to join our client’s Workplace & Design team. This is an exciting opportunity to manage a diverse portfolio of projects, from optimizing daily operations through work order tickets to executing significant design installations. You will be instrumental in ensuring that all physical spaces meet high standards of design, functionality, and compliance, making a tangible difference in the work lives of many.

What

You’ll Do
  • Drive Workspace Enhancements:
    Efficiently manage a high volume of work order tickets (10-30 active simultaneously) related to furniture and miscellaneous requests, ensuring timely resolution and adherence to design standards and building/ADA codes. This includes coordinating vendors, gathering information, and providing updates to stakeholders.
  • Lead Project Execution:
    Oversee the full lifecycle of various design and installation projects, including coordinating vendor site visits, performing and documenting punch lists, and supervising the installation of artwork and marketing materials across corporate and consumer locations.
  • Design & Documentation Expert:
    Create compelling installation presentations using design software like Adobe Pro, CAD/Revit, and PowerPoint. Develop existing and proposed furniture drawings to meet all codes and secure necessary approvals. Maintain meticulous project documentation and assist with field surveys and design drawings.
  • Art Program Management:
    Coordinate with art framing vendors for re-matting and re-framing existing artwork, and schedule art handlers for installation, ensuring alignment with established design and installation standards.
  • Support Strategic Initiatives:
    Collaborate with the Move Coordinator on move projects, documenting floor plan changes and ensuring accurate seating assignments.
  • Strategic Reporting:
    Assist in developing diagrams and metrics for monthly reporting, providing valuable insights into operational performance.
  • Stakeholder

    Collaboration:

    Lead meetings with end-users, lines of business, and project teams to define project scope and assign tasks, ensuring seamless execution and communication.
  • Must-Have

    Qualifications:
    • 2+ years of hands‑on experience utilizing AutoCAD/Revit for design and documentation.
    • A strong background in furniture, interior design, and project management principles.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat Pro for creating and editing documents.
    • Demonstrated ability to read and interpret complex floor plans.
    • Fundamental understanding of furniture and equipment repairs, including basic warranty requirements.
    • Basic knowledge of American with Disabilities Act (ADA) and building codes, with the ability to research and apply them.
    • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to clearly convey information, provide direction, and effectively problem‑solve.
