The Senior Director of Process Engineering provides strategic and operational leadership for the Water Tech NORAM process engineering function focused on the design and development of water, wastewater and biosolid treatment systems. This executive leader is accountable to all the Business Line Leaders and the NORAM Regional Leader for building and leading high-performing teams of process engineering experts, ensuring the delivery of technically sound, commercially aligned, and operationally executable solutions across multiple industry markets.

This role is responsible for advancing engineering excellence through a balanced focus on accuracy, speed, standardization, innovation, and market responsiveness. The Senior Director will shape engineering strategy, optimize organizational capability, and drive alignment between process engineering, commercial objectives, customer needs, and long-term business growth.

The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in water, wastewater and biosolid treatment, strong people leadership, and the ability to translate market requirements into scalable process solutions that enhance our competitive advantage.
