• Handle all aspects of the infusion referral process; obtain authorizations, financial counseling, benefit investigation
• Liaise with referring providers to obtain necessary documentation and communicate status of their patients
• Communicate referral process and status to patients in a customer‑centric way
• Openly communicate with referring/prescribing providers
• Assist in maintaining medical inventory and office supplies
• Dedicated 6‑week training plan to help you succeed in your role

• Passion for patient care and delivering exceptional patient experiences
• Health care experience required
• Prior experience in infusion preferred
• Insurance prior authorization experience
• Medical terminology experience
• Overall medical insurance experience
• Ability to quickly grasp new apps
• Experience and strong familiarity utilizing Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems
