This is not a short‑term or transitional position. We are looking for career‑minded individuals eager to grow within the luxury hospitality or wellness field who can contribute meaningfully to our expanding team.

• Greeting guests with a polished and welcoming presence
• Scheduling appointments and confirming visits with poise and accuracy
• Checking guests in/out with care and professionalism
• Managing cash handling and daily closing procedures
• Setting up and tidying bath and sauna rooms
• Recommending products and services that align with guest needs
• Exchanging spa membership packages and maintaining client records
• Maintaining a pristine spa atmosphere through laundry duties as well as daily and weekly cleaning

• Naturally warm, gracious, and motivated to serve others
• Looking to grow professionally within the hospitality or spa industry
• Reliable, detail‑oriented, and energized by a fast‑paced environment
• A team player who communicates clearly, takes initiative, and embraces feedback
• Experienced in spa, wellness, or upscale hospitality settings (1 year preferred)
• Available for evening shifts and one weekend day per week

• $16/hour base + $10 commission for every membership sold
• Quarterly performance‑based bonuses
• 2 weeks of paid time off
