Objective:
To maintain a clean and safe environment for members and employees. Communicate effectively with members and provide excellent customer service at all times.

Housekeeping Supervisor

• Arrive on time in proper uniform.
• Check cleaning box for messages and read communication log.
• Immediately check entrance for cleanliness.
• Begin checklist for shift.
• Walk entire facility each hour and take initiative to clean what is needed.
• Follow checklist and initial as duties are completed.
• Repeat checklist when completed.
• Use safe and effective methods when cleaning. Do not leave products out unattended.
• All cleaning bottles must be labeled to follow OSHA guidelines.
• Follow proper procedures when diluting soap and chemicals.
• Follow proper instructions when using cleaning machinery (steam cleaner, carpet cleaner, tile scrubber and buffer, and power washer).
• Report low inventory levels and equipment repairs to supervisor.
• Report all job related accidents to a manager immediately.
• Finish tasks in a timely manner. Manage time wisely.
• Make sure that locker room is spotless before leaving at the end of a shift.

30 minutes before the end of your shift, report to the manager on duty for a walk-through.
