Concierge Attendant Position OverviewAs an M Club Concierge Attendant, you play a key role in providing exceptional guest service while supporting the hotel's financial and operational goals for the Concierge Club. You will maintain a clean, welcoming, and well-organized environment while delivering attentive and personalized service to all guests.
This industry operates seven (7) days a week, twenty-four (24) hours a day. Regular attendance, in accordance with company standards, is essential for success.
Education & Experience- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
- Computer skills required; hotel systems experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of the English language with the ability to maintain a polished, professional, customer-focused demeanor.
- 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred.
- Food Handlers Card is required.
- Ability to lift and transport at least 25 pounds.
- Ability to push/pull carts and other equipment up to 100 pounds.
- Ability to perform a range of physical movements throughout work areas.
- Ability to work in varying temperature conditions and noise levels, indoors and outdoors.
- Ability to stand and move at a steady pace for up to 8 hours.
- Welcome and acknowledge all guests in accordance with company standards; anticipate needs, assist guests with disabilities, and express genuine appreciation.
- Monitor the club lounge for seating availability, service quality, safety, and overall guest well-being.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, bar unit, tables, and surrounding areas.
- Stock ice, glassware, and supplies as needed.
- Forecast additional meal requirements and communicate special requests to the kitchen team.
- Requisition and transport supplies from the storeroom to the lounge setup areas.
- Ensure the lounge area remains clean, tidy, and free of trash at all times.
- Address and resolve guest concerns promptly, ensuring satisfaction; communicate effectively with and team members while maintaining guest confidentiality.
- Stay knowledgeable about local attractions, activities, and points of interest to respond accurately to guest inquiries.
