Today, we’re ready to add an AWS Solutions Architect to our team. As an AWS Solutions Architect you will lead large‑scale digital integration implementations, architect platforms that exceed the client’s current needs, and drive future extensibility. You will lead teams from strategy to execution and work across all architecture domains, including Technical, Security, Data, and Application. Responsibilities include defining IT strategy, evaluating technologies, setting standards, and designing solution and reference architectures that solve business objectives.

• Provide hands‑on senior‑level leadership across large enterprise programs.
• Lead architecture through evaluations, defining standards, and designing solution and reference architectures that solve stated business objectives.
• Support the development of architectural frameworks and integrate them with coherent and consistent architectural views.
• Develop project scoping and estimating for solutions.
• Develop and share best practices for solutions.
• Manage quality of delivery across projects through risk mitigation strategies and sound architecture decisions.
• Participate in the development of conceptual and logical architectures.
• Resolve integration and interfacing issues between various back‑end systems.
• Optimize application performance and scalability.
• Provide sales support on new business development pursuits.

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, MIS, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in application architecture, including current state assessment, roadmap development, requirements analysis, and system design.
• Minimum 7 years of developing solution architectures and strategies across multiple domains (infrastructure, application, data, integration, and security), with technologies such as web, SOA, real‑time and batch services, microservices, API patterns, and middleware.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to facilitate team and client meetings effectively.
• Experience in a consulting environment with a track record of creativity and innovation.
• Experience providing architectural standards and process support for the definition and implementation of a consistent technical infrastructure.
• Minimum 5 years in a leadership position mentoring direct reports and collaborating with business partners to ensure architectural solutions deliver on business objectives.
• Proven track record of design and implementation of large, complex applications.
• Good understanding of modern ETL/ELT technologies, Data Services, and Data Persistence Layers, including data lake, Hadoop, and cloud‑native databases.
• Experience in multiple web technologies (XML, JSON, OpenAPI, HTML, CSS, AJAX/JavaScript, Web Services/SOAP, SQL, RESTful architecture).
• Expertise with Java concepts and patterns (Spring, JMS, JUnit, AOP, MVC, Eclipse).
• Minimum 3 years in cloud architecture and data application development in the cloud, including Azure and AWS, cloud‑native deployment, migration strategy, and cloud‑native data services.

• Base Pay Range: $150,000 - $176,000
• Other Compensation:
  Incentive Compensation
• Compensation commensurate with qualifications, experience, and other factors.
